Strategy and Creative work for BMW on their CRM, Website, and the MyBMW APP. I was able to learn and contribute my skills to the design, strategy, and creative direction of BMW North America’s (USA and Canada) content. With Performance Art, we were in charge of BMW’s CRM, BMW.com, and helped with MyBMW app. 
This work also included a project in which I helped with strategic planning and creative research for our Hofmeister Kink project. A microsite aimed to showcase Wilhelm Hofmeister’s famous window design in BMW cars and matching the Hofmeister Kink with specific hairpin turns across the United States using AI and mapping. We helped create a fun lovable project that also was showcased by many BMW fans that drove the roads and posted them on social media. With notable articles from AdAge and Adweek, it gained a lot of attraction within advertising and automotive media. (Click here for the Hofmeister Kink project). The Hofmeister Kink project led to continuous art direction of curated influencers and art work by afrofuturist artists, designers, and musicians that embodied the BMW aura.
For BMW’s CRM I helped on the strategy and the eventual design of BMW’s emails. I helped capture and find design and strategy solutions for customers to click-through CTA links within each marketing email. The MyBMW app was another project where I was able to use my UX design skills with the Performance Art team to prototype the application. This project also included competitive research, UX research, and strategy research. I conducted group research and user feedback sessions that led to solutions to the MyBMW app.
I also worked on: Summers’ Eve, Lyft, Circle Finance, Performance Art’s internal branding, and new business. With new business pitches, I was able to utilize creative strategy and design to help the team win new work for Performance Art.
