This UX project is designed to give people the chance to support small businesses, find fun activities, and volunteering opportunities.
With my team, we designed, created, and researched ways we could empower New Yorkers to go outside and connect more with their community. Vnture was a UX/UI design project rooted in empowerment.
Design Process
Problem: How can we bring attention to at-risk historical and cultural places in New York?

Our Process led to us doing and conducting…
- Interviews with Fordham students, faculty, and New Yorkers alike
- Interviewing professionals in Urban Design, Public Work, and UX design
- User Flows - After settling on our positionality we created user flows and had informal interviews with New Yorkers and college students in NYC.
- Prototyping the surface and interface of vnture
- Usability testing
